Winter Blues

That time of year has come again.  Feeling irrationally agitated all the time, that winter weight that was put on, and abnormally excited about a tiny patch of blue sky. Sometimes I have to just look at these photos and breathe. Spring will be here soon. Plus Cadbury eggs are in stores so that's a good sign.

Teaching Moments

 I went to the Chinese new year celebration in Salt Lake City the other night. I sat in a crowd of Chinese people and it struck me how many grandparents were there explaining the cultural meanings of the program to their grandchildren. What important moments. 

One Year Ago

A year ago this week I came back from living in New York City. It was way too short of a time and even though I spent every day just exploring the city, I feel I have so much left to do there. So till next time my crazy friend. Thanks to my cousin Caitlin for letting me stay with her. Xie xie.
