Baby Land

Babyland is such a foreign place for me. Its so fascinating watching friends I've known my whole life being mothers. That these girls with whom I learned how to read, made up plays, and went to the Spice Girl's movie, are now taking care of little humans of their own. Congratulations to my friend Kelsey who is due with a little girl in August. You will be an amazing mother and I am so excited for you. Soon there will be photos of your little one here!

I never thought I'd photograph a baby shower, they've never really been my thing, but my friend starting such an amazing journey like this was something I wanted to document. This shower was thrown by Holly Silva, who made scrumptious food that related to the children's books she gave Kelsey. Women amaze me.

Robin & Kaitlyn

These two are moving to Delaware next week.  I promised I'd chronicle the stages of this little one's life and I meant it. So I'm moving too! Ok, not really, but thank goodness for airplanes and holiday get togethers.

My Mountain

  Its been too long since I've been on the top of a mountain, I think its time to photograph from that place instead of out of my car window.

Happy Birthday to my wonderful Dad. Thank you for teaching me how to ride a horse, to love music from the 60's, and to be grateful for hot and cold running water.
